We are Deadlock, born in 1997 out of a passion for metal and the urge to create something different. Our sound unites crushing riffs, melodic layers, and the interplay of harsh and clean vocals. Over the years, we have grown, changed, and evolved, but our mission has always remained the same: to channel raw energy and emotion into music that speaks louder than words.
Sebastian Reichl

As a founding member of Deadlock, Sebastian Reichl has been shaping the band's sound since 1997. As guitarist and principal songwriter, he's the creative mind behind the melodies, riffs, and atmosphere that have defined Deadlock for nearly three decades. His passion for pushing musical boundaries continues to drive the band's evolution.

Joining Deadlock in 2025, Dave Grunewald brings explosive energy, powerful vocals, and a commanding stage presence. Known for his work with Annisokay, he adds a fresh dynamic to the band's sound. Beyond music, Dave is an author, creative director, and marketing professional whose work has been featured on German television. His passion for storytelling extends far beyond the stage.

With a background in Walking Dead On Broadway, he combines technical precision with crushing riffs and melodic songwriting. His fresh perspective perfectly complements Deadlock's signature sound while helping shape its future.
Stephan Kronzucker

Stephan Kronzucker joined Deadlock in 2025, bringing decades of experience and unmistakable groove to the band's rhythm section. Many fans know him from his time with the legendary technical death metal band Necrophagist. His powerful bass playing provides the weight and precision that anchor Deadlock's sound.
Alexander Finzl
Drums
Alexander Finzl completed Deadlock's lineup in 2025, delivering the energy and precision behind the band's modern sound. Drawing on years of experience with Ingrimm, he combines technical skill with relentless power, providing the driving force that ties together Deadlock's blend of melody and aggression.
